Fastest: delete in the app
Open the app and go toMe → Delete account. This deletes your account immediately after confirmation.
Request deletion here
No longer have the app installed? Send a deletion request with the email address your account uses. We email that address to check the request really came from you. Nothing is deleted until you reply. Reply to confirm, and the deletion is completed within 30 days.
You can also simply email quintin@runwithmeseoul.com from your account address with the subject "Delete my account".
What gets deleted, what remains
- Deleted within 30 days: your account details, run recordings, drawn and saved routes, ratings, reports and leaderboard entries.
- Backups: expire on a rolling basis within 90 days.
- Retained: anonymous aggregate route statistics (such as how many runners completed a route) that no longer identify you, and records the law requires to be kept.
