Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Run With Me Seoul. By booking a session, joining a run, or otherwise using this website and services, you agree to these Terms and to the linked Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not book or take part.

Services

Run With Me Seoul provides owner-led guided running sessions in Seoul. The service is a running session first: route guidance, pacing, safety, practical local knowledge for runners and optional post-run suggestions.

Run & Talk is adult English conversation practice while running. It is not a school, hagwon, exam-prep program or guaranteed-result course.

Eligibility

You must be at least 19 years old to book a session on your own behalf. Participants under 19 may take part only when accompanied by a booking adult or with the consent of a parent or guardian.

You should be in good enough health to jog at the level described for the session you book. If you are unsure, check with a doctor before taking part.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed only after the date, time, session details and payment status are confirmed in writing.
Before paid checkout launches, bookings may be handled manually by email or direct message.
Prices are shown in Korean won (KRW) and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise.
Payment is confirmed by email after you book: KRW bank transfer for local runners, or cash on the day for visitors. Online card checkout will be added when it launches.
Online checkout will show the session, date/time, price, payment method, cancellation terms and business identity before final payment.
You are responsible for giving accurate contact information, participant count and relevant safety information.

Running safety and participant responsibility

Running involves ordinary physical risks, including falls, traffic or bicycle-path hazards, weather, heat, cold, air quality, dehydration and existing injuries. You should be comfortable jogging at the level described for the session.

Wear running shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
Tell me before the run if you have an injury, accessibility need or safety concern I should know about.
Follow local laws, path rules, traffic signals and safety instructions during the run.
I may change, shorten, pause or cancel a run if conditions become unsafe.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

The cancellation and refund rules are maintained on the Refund Policy page. That policy is part of these terms.

In short: if I cancel for weather, safety, illness or another business-side reason, you can choose a full refund or free reschedule. If you cancel 24 hours or more before the run, you can receive a full refund.

Photos, video and testimonials

Photos are optional. Private delivery of photos after a run is separate from marketing use. I will not use identifiable customer photos, video or testimonials on the website, social media or marketing materials unless you separately agree.

Route guides and route information

Route guides, maps and GPX files published on this site are informational. They are not a guarantee that a route is open, safe or unchanged on the day you run it. Construction, weather, closures and local rules can change.

Intellectual property

The website, route guides, photos, text, branding and other materials produced by Run With Me Seoul are owned by Run With Me Seoul or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with a booking. Reselling, redistributing or republishing them without permission is not allowed.

Liability and service limits

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Korean law. Subject to that, Run With Me Seoul is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information you provide, failure to follow safety instructions, personal items, third-party services, or conditions outside reasonable control.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it will be handled by the Seoul Central District Court, subject to any consumer-protection rights you have under Korean law.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the business and services change. When they change, the "Last updated" date above will change and material updates will be highlighted on this page. The terms in effect at the time of your booking apply to that booking.
