Common questions
My run stopped recording when the screen was off
Background recording needs the location permission set toAlways (iOS) or Allow all the time(Android), which the app requests when you start your first run. On Android, also exclude the app from battery optimization if your phone maker is aggressive about closing apps.
The GPS track looks wrong
GPS drifts in tunnels, under big bridges and between tall buildings; the first minute after a cold start can wander until the fix settles. Distance and pace use the corrected track, so small visual zigzags usually do not change your numbers much.
How do I get on a route leaderboard?
Sign in, then record a run that follows a leaderboard route to at least 95% completion. Your display name, time and pace appear on that route's board.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Cancel any time in your device's subscription settings (App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Google Play: Payments & subscriptions). Refunds are handled by the stores under their policies.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Me → Delete account. Without the app: use theaccount deletion page. Deletion removes your account, runs, routes and leaderboard entries within 30 days.
Does the app work in English and Korean?
Yes. The app follows your device language, and spoken cues during a run are available in both languages.
